Service of the week -
T
OWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING PTY LTD

Building a hotel, building a house, thinking of an extension, proposing a subdivision, need planning appeal advice, need help dealing with the Council.

Town and Country Planning can cater to all your needs.

Town and Country Planning commenced business in a small office in Hobart CBD in October 2005 but moved shortly thereafter into John Street Kingston. Since then our business has expanded considerably.

We now have a full time graduate architect on board (Linda), a part time accredited building design architect (John) and two draftsman (Rob and Dylan).  Our office Manager is also available to address any client questions (Teresa).

Our Principal Andrew Goodsell has 18 years experience in the planning field in Tasmania, NSW, Victoria and WA in the fields of Local Government, State Government and as a private consultant.

Projects are wide ranging in location and complexity.  These range from 300+ lot subdivisions in Kingston to mixed use development in Mandurah (WA), units and medical centres in Doncaster and Glen Waverley (Vic) and masterplanning  for key government sites in Tasmania.

Also we have a draftsman based in Melbourne who is available for Victorian projects with support from local civil engineers and building surveyors.

A key aspect of the business is the ability to undertake preliminary town planning prior to design and then following through with detailed design and coordination of subconsultants.  This minimises the need to find a range of specialists to facilitate your project.

Make an appointment today if you wish to discuss your next project or simply to visit our office and view our projects.

Town and Country Planning is based at Shop 6, 7 John Street, Kingston.
